📄 How to Book a Campus Tour

Follow these simple steps to reserve your visit

Find an Available Date Campus tours are held every Tuesday and Friday, 9:00–11:00 AM. Dates highlighted in blue are open for booking. Bookings must be made at least 3 days in advance.

Click on a Date Tap or click any available (blue) date on the calendar to open the booking form.

Fill in Your Details Enter your full name, initials (e.g. NAN for Nicole Anne Navarro), email, phone number, number of guests, and visitor type. Your initials will serve as your reference code.

Agree & Confirm Tick the privacy consent checkbox, then click Confirm Booking. Each date allows a maximum of 5 bookings.

Wait for Confirmation Your booking will be marked Pending until reviewed by the Registrar. You will be contacted via your email or phone number once it is Approved.
Reminder: Please keep your email and phone number active so the Registrar's Office can reach you. Only one booking per day is allowed per visitor.
